Gawhar Khanum, Salar Zafar's mother, gives Mirza Mas‘ud Khan ‘Adl al-Mulk the power of attorney to sell two-sixths of Varzaqan village in the district of Qarajah Dagh of Azarbayjan for five thousand and two hundred tumans; the sale includes the right, as long as the sumn [one-eighth] as determined by Gawhar Khanum, is paid. The attorney is also responsible for selling one-sixth of the property for two thousand and five hundred tumans; includes a right of revocation. Settlement of Nizam al-Dawlah and Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan, 1902
Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan has claimed that his share of inheritance from Haj Fath‘ali Khan Biglarbaygi and Hajiyah Shahzadah Khanum, Biglarbaygi's mother, is in the possession of Haj Nizam al-Dawlah. To resolve the dispute, they have settled the following properties: Bilvirdi village in the Bidustan district and four-sixths of Hilan village in the Qarajah Dagh district.
